RECIPE: 30 Minute Chunky Spicy Chili

Enjoy this super easy to make Chili Recipe, perfect for easy dinner or meal prep! Packed full of veggies, protein and a kick of cayenne, this is sure to get you fired up! I have been perfecting this recipe over the years and this might be the BEST version yet!

Ingredients: (Serves 10…hellooooo leftovers!!!)

1 lb of ground beef (I use organic grassfed whenever possible)

1 pack of spicy sausage links

1 pack of grilled trader joes peppers and onions

4 Tbsp of Chili Powder

2 Tbsp of Garlic Powder

1 can of tomato sauce

1 can of diced tomatoes

1 cup of chicken broth

1 can of red kidney beans

1 tsp of cumin

5 Tbsp of sugar

1 Tbsp of kosher salt

1 tsp of paprika

1 Tbsp of parsley (dried)

1 Tbsp of onion powder

1 tsp of cayenne pepper

1 bay leaf

1 tsp of black pepper

2 Tbsp of olive oil


Cut meat out of sausage casings and combine with ground beef in a 6qt or 8qt saucepan. Brown and break into small pieces on medium heat. Rinse kidney beans and add to the pan. Add all remaining ingredients and top with water until it is about an inch and a half from the top. Cover and cook until boiling. Uncover and turn down heat to low, simmer for 10 more minutes and serve.

I sometimes serve this over mashed potatoes but that is totally optional!
