RECIPE: Emily’s Instant Pot Beef Stew

Craving something wholesome and delicious? This Instant Pot Beef Stew Recipe is about the easiest meal I’ve ever made!  You will have a ton of left overs! This is a perfect meal for prepping ahead!

Ingredients: Serves 8-10 (with seconds)

1 3lb beef roast cubed in 1 inch pieces

1 bag Trader Joe’s frozen grilled peppers and onions

1 cup of frozen cut corn

4 medium potatoes cubed

1 can tomato sauce

1 32 oz beef broth

2 cups baby carrots

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

4 Tbsp flour

2 Tbsp garlic powder

1 Tbsp Parsley


Combine all ingredients in the instant pot and set to stew. That’s it, Seriously!

You can also serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes if you really want to be filled up! Enjoy!
