RECIPE: 30 Minute Grilled Steak Asian Stir Fry

If you’re in the mood for Asian, this super easy to make 30 Minute Grilled Steak Stir Fry should do the trick! This recipe serves 4!

Marinade Ingredients: (Marinade for 30 minutes on the counter or up to 1 day in the refrigerator)

2 Ribeye Steaks (I use organic and grass-fed whenever possible)

1/2 cup of soy sauce

2 Tbsp Sugar

1 tsp of Ground Ginger

1 Whole Garlic Bulb peeled and Chopped not diced

1 tsp of olive oil

Stir Fry Ingredients:

1 box of thick spaghetti

1/3 stick of butter

2 Tbsp of Hot Chili Oil

1 Tbsp of Sechwan Stir Fry Sauce

1 Tbsp of sugar

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

2 small onions

1 small pack of green onions

Combine all marinade ingredients and coat the steaks very well. I use the countertop marinating method because I can prep the veggies and other ingredients while its resting.

Wash and julianne the red peppers, peel and Julianne the small onions, set aside. Wash and chop green onions, set aside the tops for garnish at the end. In a large pot cook thick spaghetti as directed on the box. Leave spaghetti in the colander to drain while you cook the veggies.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the hot chili oil to medium high heat. Combine remaining ingredients in the wok or skillet except the butter and stir and cook until vegetables are al dente. Add butter, and spaghetti and stir for about 3 minutes until all the spaghetti is well coated and vegetables are well mixed in. Turn heat to low while you grill the steaks.

At this point you can toss the steaks on the grill. I always like to start off the grill on high heat to get a nice cauterized exterior. I turn down the heat to about 375 degrees Fahrenheit once the steak has been turned. You will grill the steak until it reaches an internal temperature of 15o-160 degrees Fahrenheit. It will continue to cook once you remove it from the heat so this is all based on personal preference.

I like to slice one steak in half for two people. I slice the steak into thin strips and place it on top of the noodles. Finally I top with some green onion garnish. (See image below)

You can also add carrots, green beans or broccoli to this recipe.
